Karate Physical Standard Goals
  1. 40 push-ups: knuckles, finger tips or wrists
  2. 40 sit-ups; bent knee or V sit-ups
  3. Touch head; to floor and each knee (standing and sitting)
  4. Single leg squat; each leg in chair
  5. 50 jumping jacks without stopping
  6. High jump: feet together, waist high
  7. Long jump: feet together, body length
  8. Hold position: 10 second side thrust kick
  9. Jump over rope held by fingers
  10. Round house kicks; 20 on each leg without putting foot down
