Karate Physical Standard Goals
- 40 push-ups: knuckles, finger tips or wrists
- 40 sit-ups; bent knee or V sit-ups
- Touch head; to floor and each knee (standing and sitting)
- Single leg squat; each leg in chair
- 50 jumping jacks without stopping
- High jump: feet together, waist high
- Long jump: feet together, body length
- Hold position: 10 second side thrust kick
- Jump over rope held by fingers
- Round house kicks; 20 on each leg without putting foot down
